Want of the week || Zara Skorts

Now I know I'm probably the last fashion blogger to blog about these notorious Zara 'Skorts' but better late then never right? These 'skorts' have been seen all over the 'blogsphere' this summer and I think they are an absolutely gorgeous piece. Zara for me never fail in designing simple, elegant pieces that take the fashion world by storm (or at least the blogging world anyway). Zara has not only succeeded in fueling the 'skorts' trend, Zara strappy heeled sandals have also been a must have piece this summer. I feel it may be a bit late in the season for me to buy these mini skorts however, Zara have brought out a pair of grey pinstriped skorts meaning the trend maybe here to stay throughout A/W?? 

What do you think of this trend? Love it or hate it? I would love to hear you thoughts on it!

Want of the Week || Topshop contrast army jacket

I decided that for this month I would start my regular 'Want of the Week' posts. I would pick an item of clothing, beauty or anything really that I have been wanting for the week and share it with you guys. I know that various other bloggers have taken part in sharing their wants, but I wanted to make this post regular rather than here or there. So, I decided to do my want of the week every Monday. This week my want of the week is this Topshop contrast army jacket. I adore the Autumn/Winter army trend so you can see why I've taken a shine to this lovely topshop jacket. I've also seen a similar design to this jacket in Zara available here, which is a tad cheaper at £49.99. Either one I would be grateful for if anyone is feeling generous?

P.s I got back from Manchester today so hopefully I shall be back to regular blogging and my Manchester haul with be up shortly !

As you can see from my week in photos, this week has been really boring. I've been trying to get all my uni work done just this week as I have quite a busy schedule with work and my bf birthday but I didn't quite manage to get it all done :(. Anyway, apologies for the lack of blogging last week i've been trying to blog a lot more consistently and often recently, hopefully that will be a lot more easier for me to do as I break up next week.

Short and sweet post today as I have 6 assignments to do in the next 4 weeks mini panic. Quick update i've had my nose pierced since my last outfit of the day as you may be able to see, I really want a hoop in it but when I got it done I was told to let it heal for a while before changing the stud. Also, as you can see in the outfit post I have new longer hair extensions, now these were recommended to me by a close friend and so far so good I absolutely love them! They are super soft and thick yet still easy to maintain and these hair extensions are from foxy locks extensions if any one felt interested, I might also do a review/post about my hair extension if anyone was interested. please do let me know in the comment box.

First I just wanted to say again appoligies for the complete lack in posts for the last two months. As a lot of you know that follow my blog that my laptop was completely broken and I had been waiting for a my new laptop to arrive and woop it's here ! I have had it for about a week now but because i'm on my work placement as well at the moment I have found it difficult to do anything but sleep. 

I finished my day early today so I thought what better opportunity to do a blog post. I WILL be posting a lot more over in the next week and month as I finish my placement and I'm on easter holidays :).
