I haven't done a week in photos for a long time here on my blog so I thought it would be nice to share with you all what I've been up to over the past two weeks. I traveled down to London over the Easter weekend for my sisters birthday. Whilst in London, I decided to take a trip to Shoreditch and central London in search for some things for my holiday which was a nice change from shopping in Birmingham or online. Luckily, I found a few bargain buys whilst on my search including a few vintage pieces from Beyond Retro. (blog post on my Shoreditch experience will be posted soon) 

Once I was back in Birmingham, it was time for me to pick up my final printed dissertation and business plan for my course. Such an exciting/ nerve-racking time but I was really happy with the outcome once we picked it up from the printers. Me and my best friend then decided to celebrate finally printing and completing our dissertations with cocktails at The lost and Found.

Week in photos 15#

ASOS delivery arrived, my Company magazine collection, floral headbands for Reading festival, catching up with Keeping up with the Kardashians, NOTD coral rose, wearing my new hat, best prawn stir-fry ever, two new models own nail polishes.

This week has been quite an eventful week for me, I've been ordering and picking a few bits for reading festival which is next weekend. I've been pretty much running around like a headless chicken for the last three days to try and find the last bits and bobs for that. I tend to panic if everything isn't organised or left until the last minute. I have everything brought for reading now though i've just got to pack it all up which is good. I've also been really busy with work this week, i've been given a lot of extra hours which i'm really happy about. I'm planning to do a post on what I'm going to take to the festival, so keep your eyes peeled for that and that's about it really.

Daisy All Over

Today started off as not a very good day for me as I've found it extremely difficult to wake up, and did not want to get out of bed this morning. But as they day went on and towards the afternoon when I went to do a bit of shopping something quite exciting happened !

I was approached in town by a company called Chambord, to take part in their street style competition and immediately accepted as I've never had the opportunity to do anything like this before. I actually felt very privaledge ! So Bish Bash Bosh they took my photo and the pictures go live tomorrow, for the competition to win a Chloé handbag. (So exciting)

As soon as the photo's go live tomorrow for the competition I will post the link so everybody can see all the different street styles and vote for your favourite. I will also link the post to this post as this is what I was wearing.
