For me the polka dot/spotty trend is one of the easiest trends to style. I feel like this trend is perfect for those who are fashion lovers and who love to follow new trends, however never feel brave or confident enough to go out and buy into the trend. Polkadots are not really a 'new trend'. Polkadot /spotted clothing has continued to pop in and out of the 'fashionworld' and I kind of feel like to me black polkadots items are almost timeless pieces. As elegantly demonstrating in the image of the S/S13 chanel catwalk show a black polkadot pieces can be dressed up to look very elegant. They can also be dressed down for a everyday kind of look with a white t-shirt and leather jacket. Grey, black and white polkadot is almost the perfect trend for work wear in my option.

Want of the Week || Suede Wedges

First of all, I just wanted to say a BIG SORRY for being such a bad blogger over the 3/4 weeks. I don't really want to make any excuse but my camera has been lost for two weeks then when I found it, it just didn't want to work for me. So I'm really sorry for that but hopefully I can get it sorted soon because I want to do lots more outfit posts (even though the weather hasn't been very nice) and also a few make-up bits and bobs. I will be back to regular blogging maybe not as much as in the summer hopefully and I have a few timed post for when I have my busy days at uni. I might do an update post about me if anyone is interested...

P.S I adore these wedges, not a winter trend per say but I think they would look gorgeous with a plain black dress.

Want of the Week || Topshop contrast army jacket

I decided that for this month I would start my regular 'Want of the Week' posts. I would pick an item of clothing, beauty or anything really that I have been wanting for the week and share it with you guys. I know that various other bloggers have taken part in sharing their wants, but I wanted to make this post regular rather than here or there. So, I decided to do my want of the week every Monday. This week my want of the week is this Topshop contrast army jacket. I adore the Autumn/Winter army trend so you can see why I've taken a shine to this lovely topshop jacket. I've also seen a similar design to this jacket in Zara available here, which is a tad cheaper at £49.99. Either one I would be grateful for if anyone is feeling generous?

P.s I got back from Manchester today so hopefully I shall be back to regular blogging and my Manchester haul with be up shortly !

So as you can see again not a very exciting week this week. I have been extremely broke this week and my days have involved waking up, going to work, then going back to sleep! Next week hopefully is quite a busy week for me as I'm planning a few blog posts, I get my uni work and result also, my sister is coming down for the weekend from london. I've been a really bad blogger for the last few months as you can probably tell. I have been in London over the last week so I haven't been able to blog and I wasn't able to blog before I left due to bad circumstances that I don't really want to go into.
