L’Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation

L'Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation boots £10.99

I thought I would try out L'Oreal Lumi Magique, after hearing a few good things about it I picked up my shade which is Gold Sand from Boots for £10.99 and I've got to say so far so good. L'Oreal Lumi Magique Foundation is supposed to infuse the skin with ray of light, illuminating your complexion 'as if lit from- within', with a perfect coverage without masking, I feel that this is true. I have found that the consistency of this foundation is perfect for me. This light formula creates really good coverage and can be built up if necessary for full coverage. One of the few foundation shades that fits really well with my skin tone and there are 6 shades available. I feel this foundation works well with a setting powder to help maintain a flawless finish and healthy glow throughout the day.

Overall, a light formulated foundation that creates a healthy glow to the skin. New go to product for this month !

How to style 4#: Neon

Day Look: Dress Topshop, Waist Coat Topshop, Socks Topshop, Wedges Topshop.

Night Look: Dress Topshop, Necklace Miss Selfridges, Heels ASOS, Clutch American Apparel.

I absolutely adore neon this summer, whether it's a pop of neon or a statement piece, neon is a hit for the summer. Yet i've found neon a challenge to style. This is just an idea of how I might style neon switching the look from day to night. Additional accessories could be added in the day time look yet I wanted to keep it simple as the dress is such a bold item. The night look is actually inspired by Jennifer Lopez in her neon dress. I hope this look is helpful and let me know whether you prefer day to night looks or 3 different styled pieces.

Current Favourites

Garnier Soothing cleansing lotion, Benefit "That gal" primer. Sleek lipstick in Silhouette. NYC Volumizing mascara. Gosh long lasting brow pen. Collection 2000 cream puff, Maybelline dream fresh BB cream. Fig & Rouge wild cherry lip balm. Superdrug dry shampoo in chocolate brownie.

I was supposed to be doing a May favourites but as it is now half way through June, I thought it might be a but unacceptable… So I decided to add a few things I have been trying out over the last few weeks and the product I have been loving through may and create current favourites instead. My go to skin care product at the moment has been Garnier soothing cleansing lotion; I can't express how much I love this product! Really good at removing make-up and leaving your skin feeling super soft, for only £2.99 at Boots you can't really go wrong. I've also had a keen interest in lip products this month. My favourite lip balms at the moment are fig and rouge lip balm in Wild cherry and Elemis loving lips quenching balm. To add a bit of colour to the rainy grey weather, the lipstick I've been wearing the most is Sleek true match lipstick in Silhouette or Collection 2000 cream puff in angel delight.

I also got a few goodies from Graduate Fashion Week which I would like to feature in a post and hopefully post a few reviews on the different things I picked up.

What products have been your favourite this month? Comment below and let me know…

I've been a really bad blogger for the last few months as you can probably tell. I have been in London over the last week so I haven't been able to blog and I wasn't able to blog before I left due to bad circumstances that I don't really want to go into. But here's my week 6 & 7 in photos and hopefully I can get on with posting A LOT regularly !

Week In Photos 5#

~Zara dress that I'm in love with, Kit Kat peanut butter, Made In Chelsea, Glamour mag, RAINBOW, Yummy vegetarian pizza, ELLE magazine with D beckham !, Free jubilee vest, mr gingerbread.~

As you can see from my week in photos, this week has been really boring. I've been trying to get all my uni work done just this week as I have quite a busy schedule with work and my bf birthday but I didn't quite manage to get it all done :(. Anyway, apologies for the lack of blogging last week i've been trying to blog a lot more consistently and often recently, hopefully that will be a lot more easier for me to do as I break up next week.

Hope everyone in Britain is enjoying the jubilee weekend and everyone else not in the UK has a lovely weekend ?
